[2023] Standard parts not Working.

You can request repairs but the circle should very slowly go around and complete, and then you'll be able to fire your gun.

You can repair everything on your vehicle without parts, it does however take a while and also limits the vehicle's ability. Improved parts completely removes this and repairs everything fully.
