[2021] Please keep the TailSpin profile icons after the event

Its made clear in the news article that they are going to be changed after the event. Its being advertised for exactly what it is and what they change too after the event ends:

The TailSpin event itself is an April Fools fun mode. The Profile icon rewards you can unlock are unique to the event and will remain unique, but will be changed to something more fitting of War Thunders context, whilst keeping the overall style of the pilots. They will however be the unique reward and obtainable in this event only.

Thats a real historical event and Gagarin was also a pilot. Again, its about the context of the game with history in a realistic based setting.

Very simple, because Yuri Gagarin was not only famously the first man in space (a major technological development of aerospace technology), but also a pilot of many aircraft in game. One of which has his skin featured also in game:

He was a veteran pilot as well as hugely famous in Russia for his achievements in space. So therefor its only fitting he be represented historically for his most famous achievements.

We do listen as far as possible, but this topic is not the whole playerbase and even this topic has many people that disagree.

To claim we do not listen because we did something we said from before the event we would do because you personally disagreed is a little over dramatized view of the actual situation.
