76 years ago, the T-44-122 first appeared. A total of 3 T-44 prototypes were made: two 85 mm gun variants and one 122 mm gun variant. 76 years ago, what became the J21RA first flew. The J21RA was a jet-powered version of the piston-powered J21 and was powered by British-built engines.
