The fact remains it is a very good tank for it's BR, and it can't reasonably go higher with the current BRs. So - it has a high repair cost.

There's a paradigm shift at ~6.0-8.0 where the "WWII Heavies" which nations thought to be the future of combat/necessary, were replaced by main battle tanks, basically light/medium tanks with very, very high velocity guns.

Heavies can kill these MBT's, however, their 'strength' quickly becomes a handicap because they are nowhere near as maneuverable thanks to their now meaningless armor, and their guns quickly become much worse than what the MBT's have (In terms of reload and muzzle velocity).

So what can't go up must be balanced by other methods.
