There was a Jagdpanzer IV with the Panther's 75 premium command version with a raised flat front hull plate. It's gone, not even available to buy, just gone from the tree.

There was also this plain dark blue circle roundel decal I liked having on all my US tanks. Now the same decal slots they were in are empty. If I use something else in same slot it displays at the same size as I had the circles at.

Where's my money/stuff Gaijin?

Hi. Welcome back! Indeed, when items are removed (from purchase or requirements unlocking), if you owned them you will keep them.

If you've got proof that you purchased / had the Jagdpanzer please submit a ticket to our support, who will be able to assist with exactly what's going on: https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us

As for the dark blue circle roundel, if you unlocked it through kill requirements, it should be there. However, if you obtained this decal for free (by not unlocking it through requirements), and then we add requirements for it after, you'll need to unlock it through those requirements. That's what might be going on here, but I don't know which decal it is exactly.

If you had a premium account that expired, two decal slots will be removed until you buy premium again, because a premium account gives these two extra slots.

You can hardly expect players to keep receipts of everything they have purchased over the years, you should be able to look it up in your system, you should have a record of any purchases attached to any account, but I guess that would be too easy. Nice convenient way for Gaijin to get out of helping a player.
And our support have it. That's why you need to contact with support - they are able to check your account history.

We do not remove vehicles etc from player's account.
