Today there was a BR update which we have every few months:
The German Churchill was one of the vehicles changed.
All vehicles in game are subject to Battle Rating changes. Not a single vehicle has a fixed BR, nor has any vehicle ever been sold or advertised with a fixed BR.
A refund is not possible, as there is no case for it. You purchased a vehicle. You were not sold it with a fixed BR and nor was any promise made that its BR cannot change. The dynamic BR system has been in game since 2014. All vehicles in game can have their
