[2021] Harrier GR.1 balance discussion

Its BR was increased to an area where it now finds itself far more balanced at 10.0 and is not showing any signs currently that its BR needs to be changed again.

As for performance, im not sure what you mean. Flight performance is based on source and real world performance. Not tweaked artificially for balance.

We haven't had any sources presented thus far that show the performance is incorrect or needing to change.
