How does that prevent fraud exactly?

The amount of GJN coins you can buy depends on how much you spent in the past 12 months on the Gaijin Store. The limit is 2x of your purchases on the store. So for a $700 vehicle on the Market you'd have to have spent at least $350 on the Gaijin store in the past 12 months. This only applies to using a bank card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, WeChat or Steam.
