[2021] cheater or game problem ?

There is no option to "cheat" system with repair/reload etc.

From what I can see, he is fixing modules between shots. You can see some modules being fixed before he shots, then he switch off repair and switch it on again.

From other side, it can simply be a bug.

Again - there is no option to cheat repair system.

If you think you have found a bug, please submit valid bug report.
