Please refer to the developers clarification on incomplete ships in naval forces:
Q. Will there be projects for series H battleships for Germany in the game? They were laid, but were soon dismantled. The battleship Bismarck will not be able to withstand Yamato and Iowa on equal terms. We would like to see the H-39 project.
A. We consider as possible the addition of similar ships, those that were laid down, but were not completed in reality.
Development of Naval and Aviation is entirely separate. Any content development on one has no impact on the other as they are handled by seperate teams.
The F-14 is one of the most anticipated additions in War Thunders history, but it's development and planned addition this patch has no impact on naval development.
As we have already explained, non are within this update. More are in development plans for the future.

Indeed. These would not be added in time anyway (unless a developer already had them in the works) and generally will be treated as suggestions. We pre-planned what bombs would be added. But they will be forwarded.
Generally we do this during economical updates. Its not planned for this major at least. With the F8s also being different ranks, it also complicates things.
