The thread is the exact same as it's been for years. Adding "next" in the title has not changed anything.
It's just now it can't be argued that this thread was somehow any different than all those that came before it.
Nothing new to announce just yet. We will make a full announcement / changelog when the Winds of Change vehicles receive it in a future update.
Generally for major content it would be within a major update. The low tier premium tanks were in a .5 midway patch. We dont typically release brand new premiums outside of specific events or specials.

Doesn't appear to be a mass reported or widespread issue on our side at least. We had 164k online just a few hours ago without any issues.

We don't base our game development around Movie development. A movie coming out soon has nothing to do with us or our schedule and is also nothing to do with this topic.
We developed the skin as addional bonus content as it was a heavily requested historical skin from a real life unit that also happens to be made famous in a 1980s movie. Hardly think that's a good bastion for "basing our game development around movies". We didn't release the F-5C because of any film release, we released it because we planned to do so at that time.
Our content roadmap is our own. If we based releases on movies, we would have had the F-14 before even the MIG-23 or many other rank VII jets as the film was due in 2020.
We have also had some tie in decals for various partners and services. Just like a single camo, that does also not mean our schedule is based around a movie.

There is only so much creativity anyone can really produce when we introduce a variant of a vehicle that's been in game since Alpha and well known to all players. As for its FM, its a converted P-51C-10, which is already in game for you to base your conclusions on.
Had we made it a domestic French vehicle, there would have been equal arguments for "it should have been in the tree". This is a unique vehicle at least in its variant that suits a BP reward nicely.

The feature was still in development at the time of the update release, but we wanted to share more information with you guys ahead of the bulk of it being datamined. So we decided to do an early blog ahead of when we normally would. Its often something people ask for is more communication about upcoming features ahead of their actual release so we decided to do it.
We said it would come in this major update cycle (between this major and the next) and thats still the case with no changes. Its a hugely technically complex feature with many considerations to also bare in mind in terms of setups and configurations.
As mentioned in the blog, it will just be initially for the first batch of aircraft in Winds of Change. At least that is the current plan. However work is ongoing.
As it was only ever intended as a decal news artwork, this is the largest offical resolution as far as im aware. But we will ask if its possible.

Just to clarify, there was never any official confirmation on any Chinese helicopter tree contents. Other than it was within our plans. Ultimately the developers decide what comes in trees. Not consultants.
So any of these "plans" from one or several individuals are wholly irrelevant, not valid and should not even be viewed as rumors.
Consultants generally provide information on vehciles. They do not get the final say in the composition of a tree really as that's down to the developers ultimately to decide what vehciles are viable and best to include.
If information is slow / hard to find, that can affect things.
Again, the developers make the final call on all matters. Not consultants.

Not today no. Devs need some time to evaluate the feedback. We only posted it Friday and then it was the weekend.
Part of the changes to the new system of calculating repair costs was a reduction in the number of updates needed. So there will likely be fewer eco updates compared to BR. One is of course coming, but we don't have an ETA right now.

We mentioned around the time Helicopter PvE was announced that this was ultimately the logical progression. Helicopters are more suited to PvE and it's proven a more popular mode.
Rewards where changed some time ago for PvE. It's possible for many of the lower rank helicopters to have far more income per match, depending on your input to the battle.
Even before the addition of the Ka-50 and more advanced missile helicopters, the PvP modes were not as popular or as practical than the current PvE mode is for all helicopters.
After its initial release. Within one of the minor updates patch notes shortly after.
People self hype themselves to disappointment over something every update without us hinting or saying antrhing. That wouldn't be something new )
As I didn't take a diving session to the bottom of the Atlantic for Hood nor travel to South Africa for the Rhino, that would be no so far.

Just in the same way someone who only plays naval probably feels tank or plane blogs are. None the less, we will always make blogs on all vehcile types in game and because one was posted that does not apply to some, does not mean we will have a second blog because people can't wait for the next day

This makes no sense to do so from any perspective. Blogs are about showing content in development covering all aspects of the game. Not just what you find interesting personally.

As it was impossible to notify each and every person individually of why their suggestion was removed, the Suggestion Moderators created the archive document with the reasons why. But should any user wish to retrieve the contents of their archived suggestions thread that they cannot otherwise access, they can PM me or any Suggestion Moderator for that.
We can certainly try to recover any even if they are from users who no longer exist.

This camo was a C.2 scheme, not a C.7. We only generally have skins for other variants on vehicles if that specific variant is not in game (F-5C with F-5N camo for example).
