Hi guys Hit-Reg is ingrained in the movement system changes. So when we mention the movement system they are both being affected.
Here is an update on the new movement system and the preliminary patch notes for tomorrow's maintenance.

@ExOTeRmO Hello, the servers are the same for casual and ranked but less players may be playing ranked than casual so queue time may be higher there.
@_Lambersz_ Hi Lambersz We have tried to be open and transparent about how much time fixes would take. While the issues seem clear the solutions unfortunately are not as cut and dry as we'd like and so we've had to completely rebuild and recode systems in order to fix them.
