After investigating the issue it would appear that the problem is on the Xbox Live side. Once those issues as resolved we should see service and stability return to normal.

We had those issues before but they should be resolved. Are you still experiencing this error? If so, does it go away if you change servers? If it does go away can you let me know which server caused the original issue so I can pass that to the team.
@J_Edwards5013 Hi John I'm sorry to hear you can't progress past the 1st load screen. Do you get any kind of error messages or anything?
