Dear players,

We would like to give you an update on how things go on with our future plans, updates and things we outlined in our roadmap.

Movement system

As you might know, we have already introduced the first part of our movement system update, and are currently waiting for the second part to pass all the necessary tests to roll it out live.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to deliver the second part in August, and we are currently aiming for the second week of September. We are also currently considering giving you extra time to play Season 1 - more information is to follow soon!

As for the next update, we have prepared quite a large number of technical fixes ready to be delivered tomorrow, including important freeze mitigations, as well as a wide range of bug fixes.

Preliminary patch notes

Here are the preliminary patch notes of the update that will be installed tomorrow, on August, 27th.

Dear players,

We have already mentioned that we are working on daily quests. Today we will go into more detail about this new mechanic and describe how it will work.

Please keep in mind that everything we are telling you about in this blog is а work in progress. Some features might change by the time daily quests arrive on live servers.

What are daily quests?

Daily quests are small tasks that you complete during matches and get rewards. The base mechanic is as simple as that.

Here are a few details:

  • Every day you will get a quest that will stay active for 3 days. If the quest is not finished during this time, it will be replaced with a new one.
  • You will be able to have 3 active daily quests at the same time. For example, if your today’s quest isn’t finished, you can continue working on it tomorrow. But, apart from that, you will get a new daily mission. If you’ve already had 3 quests in to...

I obviously have my ideas, and that does include making the game f2p

Hello Henry, thank you for your support, we'd be happy to our your ideas!

Dear players,

A few weeks back we introduced to you our roadmap for 2020. We have a long way ahead of us, and we appreciate everyone who chooses to share this trip with us. We believe that keeping you informed on our progress is one of the essential things for our community. Today we would like to put together changes we have introduced since the beginning of Season 1 and update you on our work in progress.

What’s done so far

The introduction of seasons was one of the biggest content updates of these two month. It included such significant features as ranked matches, seasonal progression and rewards that included new apparels, weapon and body skins and other cosmetic items.

Apart from that, our team delivered several technical and gameplay updates that were aimed at boosting your gameplay experience. Here are some of the changes introduced since Season 1 began.

Please note that this list is just a throwback to what we have already s...

Hello, we introduced some fixed for freezes and a first part of our new movement system which should improve hit registration. We are still working on updates to get the hit reg, freezes fixed, especially when you play longer sessions.

Hello, the high ping may be due to the matchmaking switching you to another server to find a game, we believe this issue will stop happening once we fix all the other issues the game has. Our patch last week was a first step into our new movement system which we will roll out throughout this month, hit reg should get way better once these changes are live. Sorry for the delay on those fixes, our team is doing its best.

Have a nice day!

Dear players!

We have installed an update today that deals with some of the technical issues.

It is your feedback that actually showed us that the freezes were not fixed in the previous update, and we have worked on fixing them in some cases that are still relevant.

We have also introduced the first, test stage of the new movement, and we will be really grateful to receive your feedback on both of these things.

Please use this thread as a feedback thread of the latest update. We would be really glad to receive answers to the following questions:

Dear players!

We are planning to have a temporary maintenance on our servers from 02:00 AM to 04:00 AM PDT (11:00 to 13:00 CEST) to install an update.

Changelog

Important

  • Introduced a number of measures aimed at diminishing freezes upon certain actions (beginning of a new round, death, side change);
  • Introduced preliminary movement system fixes: the number of desyncs and teleports in the game has been decreased;

Dear players,

We deliver updates and get some of the things fixed, both major and minor ones. However, we think it can also be interesting for you to know what comes next, and when to expect the features we mentioned in our Roadmap.

That is why our traditional “Developer Update” will now be based on roadmap features and their delivery status - we will share with you the current state of all the issues marked as “work in progress”

We’ll use the same three main categories we had in a roadmap news.

Technical

Movement and hit registration

We have already tested a new version of our movement and hit registration system. First results show that it actually works pretty well - no teleports or distorted movement was registered during the test.

However, we’ll need to run some more tests in other test environments until we can eventually bring it for you as a ready system. We are expecting to install the new system in...
