@Mxrvxn_2812 Twitch Drops are enabled for all channels streaming Warface: Breakout now. The only requirement (both for streamers and watchers) is having your PSN or Xbox account linked to Twitch.

@CredulousFive Any channel now has Twitch: Drops, and you can get them, provided that you have your PSN/Xbox account linked with Twitch.
