[2021] PSA: Reinstall to Remedy On Launch/Loading Screen Crashes

Hey PS5 Tenno! 

Only a handful of you have experienced this from our records, but for those crashing on login since the Sisters of Parvos update launched this morning simply reinstalling the game will remedy the issue. 

The cause was related to those affected players still being able to download old content after the update launched. We have patched that up.
