Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having a negative experience on mobile. Can you please answer a few questions as well as provide logs (ideally after a multiplayer session)

  • what device are you playing on specifically? (i.e. iPhone 13, XR, iPad 2nd Generation etc) 
  • what OS are you running? (i.e. iOS 15, 17)
  • here are instructions on sending game logs. Us being able to see your logs will be extremely helpful in diagnosing your performance issues. You can mail the logs to [email protected] , just include your username (Evoleth) so we know it's you.
