Especially on SP. And the reason? The reactant system. You simply do not get enough between rotations , even with sp enemy density. Thus you are being punished for playing the mission well. Its the same situation as disruption and excavation but even worse.
I understand the reactant system exists so people dont afk bot farm defense /survival but in game modes like disruption and cascade where you are constantly moving and doing something players should not be punished for playing the missions efficiently. If i can keep 3 exolizers capped constantly i should be cracking relics faster than if i was doing survival.
