[2023] Transference after using Last Gasp causes disorienting camera movements [Fix Pending Cert]

Hey Tenno! As mentioned in our "Know issues" list, sadly the fix for this issue requires a code change and will be fixed in the next cert build.

Hey Tenno! The programmer found a script fix that will improve this issue until we can release the proper code fix with the next Cert update. 

In the next Hotfix the camera will still rotate by 90 degree during Last Gasp but should work as intended after you have revived yourself.
