Fishing is still bugged and broken-XBOX INSIDER ALPHA SKIP AHEAD AND Xbox Ambassador

We deliberately turned off the Aim function on fishing spears in order to stop players from encountering a much more serious problem that could leave you stuck in fishing and unable to continue playing.  Aiming will be restored in the next cert update, when we can deploy the fix for the underlying issue with spears.
