Exception c0000374 indicates heap corruption. Does the game get far enough to write anything in the file, %localappdata%\Warframe\Launcher.log? If it does, this could provide clues what has happened.
If you're overclocking: try resetting system parameters back to default and see if the game will launch.
Try and shut down all non-essential programs that might be running, especially anything that will try to inject code into Warframe like debuggers and development tools, system monitors or graphical overlays. Your Antivirus software might also need to be updated.
If there's no better clues, I would see if your motherboard manufacturer have released drivers for your onboard devices than what you've already got.
If still no clues, I would try unplugging or disabling devices and see if the game will launch without them. (Since this error is happening before our Warframe-specific crash handling comes up, it's difficult to troubleshoot this)
