Hi Tenno, thank you for the report & sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Could you please clarify what iPhone or iPad model you're playing on, and what OS you're running? Lastly, does this happen every time you play in Duviri, or only sometimes? 

It would be excellent if you could send us game logs after the next time this happens. Even if you have to close and relaunch the game, that's okay. You can go to Options > Account > Send Error Logs -- tap the mail app icon, then send the logs to [email protected] with a short description of the issue (ie "No UI in Duviri") so we know it's you!
