[2023] [Spoiler][Bug] Can't send out extractors to a certain location after Duviri released.

I can't send my extractor to the Zariman since the update hit. I noticed it first on the mobile app and thought maybe its because I have to complete Duviri to unlock the node or something, but nope. Done Duviri, opened up the gameplay there and checked the Zariman again where all the nodes are fine but still can't deploy an extractor with it even saying 'unlock all nodes to deploy'.

Arbitrations are working fine though and I can still access Steel Path so I imagine this is a bug and not new nodes locking me out of content I already had access to as I anticipated.
