PSA: Controller Default Settings affecting Aiming Down Sights

With Koumei & the Five Fates’ release on October 2nd, resetting your Controller settings to Default resulted in your Trigger Threshold being set to a negative value. As of 37.0.7, this issue has been fixed, but broken settings have not been retroactively adjusted. 

If you’ve had issues aiming down sights using a controller since Koumei, this may be the cause —  namely, aggressive zooming in and out while aiming. To fix this, simply reset your Controller settings to default or manually edit the Trigger Threshold value back to a normal value.
