Thank you for reporting this! Knowing your region (country) would be extremely helpful, as it does not seem to be happening everywhere. In Canada, local prices are showing on my device for instance. 

  • Please clarify your region / country
  • Please clarify what device you are playing on (i.e. iPad 2022, iPhone 15 Pro, etc) 
  • Please send your game logs along.

Thank you for sharing. I understand your points about the hoops of submitting a ticket. Just in case you missed this part, I had mentioned that you could email logs directly to [email protected] for this issue, instead of the traditional CSR pipeline. :) 

It would be a great help for us to diagnose this issue if we saw your game logs. We'd appreciate you emailing us! After you tap "Send Error Logs" you can tap the mail app icon you have (Gmail, Mail app etc) and send those straight to [email protected]
