Thank you Tenno, we are investigating now! One thing that would help us greatly would be seeing your game logs.  Could you please send those along? 

• In-game, tap the settings icon in the top left corner of the screen
• In the “Options”, tap the Envelope Icon to reach the “Account” Page
• Select “Send Error Logs” then tap your mail app icon. Please email to [email protected] with a short description of the issue so we know it's you!

No problem! Can't respond to everything in Discord, but if sharing images is easier there, go for it. 

Having said that, we have a fix for the grey screen issue with Railjack coming in a hotfix tomorrow!
