[2022] Join Warframe in Covenant House's Main Mission 2022! Charity Stream Announcement

Greetings Tenno!

Warframe is proudly participating in Covenant House’s Main Mission gaming & esports fundraising campaign for its second year! Join us on Saturday, April 2nd at 2PM ET for a special 2 hour giveaway filled stream featuring DE Community Program Manager Taylor King alongside community co-host Edrick_o7 !

Tenno are invited to tune in, redeem that week’s Twitch drops, and consider donating what they can! We’ll track all donations and unlock digital prizes at various milestones. The top milestone, should we reach it, will unlock a 3x Built Forma Alert and a 2 Day Affinity Booster for all platforms for a weekend in May!

The funds we raise will be tallied together to show the folks at Covenant House what the Warframe community is capable of when we all lift together.

Note: the Forma Alert & Double Affinity Booster milestones are not stacking. For instance, raising $10,000 and unlocking the 3x Forma Alert turns the 2x Forma Alert into a 3x alert, rather than adding 3 more Forma onto it.

ABOUT COVENANT HOUSE

For 40 years, Covenant House Toronto has been helping youth experiencing homelessness ignite their potential and reclaim their lives. No matter what happens, Covenant House remains committed to keeping them safe, healthy, and cared for.

Main Mission is a month-long community stream campaign from March 7 to April 2 to raise funds and awareness for youth who are experiencing homelessness, who are trafficked, or who are otherwise at risk.

With your support, we can reach our fundraising goal and ensure the Covenant House team can continue to work night and day to provide essential services to an average of 280 youth a day.

Is this the same affinity booster like the ones we can purchase from the market or is this an event affinity booster that will be applied on a weekend that can stack with a purchased affinity booster?

This would be a global event booster that lands for all Tenno on a specific weekend (TBD, there is some fun 9 Year Anniversary content coming in April so we're clearing the runway just a bit!) 

Our Main Mission stream is just over one week away, and we have an update for you! 

Thanks to our friends at Covenant House, we've learned that we'll be able to hold a raffle LIVE ON STREAM for a Nintendo Switch Prize pack! This includes a Nintendo Switch console, Luigi's Mansion 3, and Pokemon Shield! 

Tenno who donate $20.00 CAD or more before or during the April 2nd stream will be automatically entered into the raffle pool, and we'll select a winner at random in the final few minutes of the broadcast. See you then, Tenno! Good luck!

Game Day is just around the corner!

Don't forget that by tuning in, you'll get an additional opportunity to earn a 3x Relic Pack simply by watching for at least 45 minutes!

THANK YOU all for joining us on Saturday's charity stream, for spreading the word, and for donating towards Covenant House. As of this morning, the Warframe community has raised $11,901 CAD !

On top of helping youth who need our support, your generosity has unlocked a handful of special in-game rewards! For crossing the $10,000 milestone, you can look forward to a 3X Built Forma Alert & 2 Day Double Affinity Booster arriving in May (we have some 9 Year Anniversary Alerts throughout April to get to first) !

Hello Tenno! The last time we spoke about the Covenant House Main Mission rewards, we stated that the 3X Built Forma Alert & 2 Day Double Affinity Booster that you unlocked would arrive in May. 

Today I'm letting you know that the official start date for both is Friday, May 20th at 2pm E.T. 

At that time, both will go live in game, with the Double Affinity Booster running until Sunday, May 22 at 2pm E.T.
