| 1603s | to skip the story and just be ready we |
| 1604s | are no longer doing that we are doing |
| 1606s | two different things that we think |
| 1608s | achieve the same goal which is get |
| 1610s | players into Warframe into the you know |
| 1612s | our content so we're doing we are no |
| 1614s | longer doing a paid story skip that is |
| 1616s | not what we're doing the first thing |
| 1618s | we're doing is we're just making the |
| 1620s | story more accessible just as a base |
| 1622s | feature of the game which means right |
| 1624s | now if uh I were to log in and try and |
| 1626s | play all the quests to get ready for |
| 1628s | Whispers in the walls there's a lot of |
| 1630s | realtime day weights in there so a full |
| 1633s | day would need to pass between every |
| 1635s | Mastery Rank uh so something like the |
| 1637s | war within it's a Mastery Rank five |
| 1638s | Quest I have to wait five real days to |
| 1641s | get there so if I start playing the game |
| 1642s | at the game awards when I download it I |
| 1644s | actually can't even get to the war |
| 1646s | within until five real time days of |
| 1647s | class so what we're doing is we are |
| 1649s | completely decoupling mastery rank from |
| 1652s | Main campaign story quests which means |
| 1654s | that if you have the time you can go |
| 1656s | through all the story quests you know in |
| 1659s | a day in theory from second dream to war |
| 1662s | within to the sacrifice to chains of |
| 1664s | Harrow there's just no Mastery Rank |
| 1667s | required to do that core Story play |
| 1670s | anymore so that's kind of the most |
| 1672s | radical change I would say for the the |
| 1676s | game after The Whispers And The Wall |
| 1677s | update launch |
| 1678s | am I getting credit for this or are you |
| 1680s | um she's fixing your mistakes fix just |
| 1683s | want to make sure and by me I mean the |
| 1684s | team I'm I'm just giving you the good |
| 1687s | news of our our Brillion team so so this |

| 1693s | then as a result of that uh there is a |
| 1696s | lot of story and themes in Warframe uh |

| 1700s | we're doing is when you finish the quest |

| 1732s | about you know maybe you haven't played |
| 1734s | since the new war and you kind of forget |

| 1815s | uh selling a initiate power pack you |

| 1821s | redesigning it to be solely focused on |

| 3269s | slots and they have exilus slots which |
| 3271s | uh melee hasn't had and you know they |
| 3273s | the other ones have had them for a |
| 3275s | couple years now so yeah it's time for |
| 3277s | that to catch up it w we didn't really |
| 3280s | have uh much in the way that in the way |
| 3282s | that utility for exilus mods existed for |
| 3285s | primaries and secondaries there wasn't |
| 3287s | that much for melee so uh we kind of |
| 3289s | tied it into this new mechanic called |
| 3291s | tenai so tenai will be unlocked for |
| 3294s | players uh in the West in the wall |
| 3296s | update this is going to be a system that |
| 3297s | you can engage with cuz it's a bit more |
| 3299s | of an Advan well it's a tiny bit more |
| 3301s | advanced than your normal May melee play |
| 3303s | and it is part this tenai technique is |
| 3305s | uncovered in The Whispers And The Wall |
| 3306s | update allowing you to earn the ability |
| 3308s | to wield the technique there so uh |
| 3311s | you'll finish the quest and you'll be |
| 3312s | provided with your first item which is a |
| 3315s | tenai technique mod that enables a given |
| 3318s | weapon to use tenai so in this case |
| 3321s | Megan will just toss this one on uh |
| 3323s | dreamer's wrath which will allow enables |
| 3325s | the tenai technique you can see it's an |
| 3327s | exilus which means should she want to |
| 3329s | install an exilus adapter she can toss |
| 3330s | it up there and that will allow the |
| 3332s | tenai technique to be used on this brand |
| 3334s | new weapon which is I think it's called |
| 3336s | the can you move the mod down a little |
| 3337s | bit this is the akine which is a hammer |
| 3339s | style weapon and you might recognize it |
| 3341s | from the in the wall so to all of this |

| 3361s | when you're mailing so obviously that |
| 3363s | there that you saw that little proc that |
| 3365s | came in essentially when you're meleeing |
| 3367s | there's a chance for you to get h a free |
| 3370s | heavy melee attack that caus no combo |
| 3372s | and that actually hits faster so it's |
| 3375s | just like a little extra that if you're |
| 3377s | uh if you're basically paying attention |
| 3379s | while you're playing you get those |
| 3380s | little Windows of opportunity where you |
| 3382s | can get those extra hard-hitting uh um |
| 3385s | attacks that also don't consume your |
| 3388s | combo at all yeah because the combo |
| 3389s | counter is a resource for melee attacks |
| 3391s | that players typically don't spend |
| 3393s | because they want it to be at Max for |
| 3396s | modding synergies right like you're |
| 3398s | using mods that support a heavy High |
| 3400s | combo counter you can now opt in with |
| 3402s | tenai to get that free heavy attack if |
| 3405s | you can time it right so yeah it's a |
| 3407s | little bit like a uh like a oh will it |
| 3409s | activate incaran it it shouldn't right |
| 3411s | if you have an incaran weapon ready to |
| 3413s | transform it does broke any anything |
| 3415s | that uh anything like I have my |
| 3418s | Scana and my SCA is ready to transform |

| 4417s | different take on transmutation uh we |

| 4421s | transmutation because the pool of that |
| 4423s | gets so big that it gets almost |
| 4424s | impossible for you to get what you want |
| 4426s | so basically what we did is uh you can |
| 4428s | dissolve your old AR canes into a |
| 4430s | resource a dust and then with that you |
| 4433s | can get packs and we have like I think |
| 4435s | it's like seven different packs of |
| 4437s | Arcane so you know there will be like |
| 4438s | the idolon ones ones from Fortuna |
| 4440s | essentially separated like that and then |
| 4442s | you can get those packs uh basically at |
| 4444s | random using the dust you can get from |
| 4446s | those you can roll into those packs to |
| 4449s | try and get something like right now I |
| 4450s | buy Relic packs for standing you can buy |
| 4452s | Arcane packs per region for this new um |
| 4456s | resource but it's it's all based on |
| 4458s | distilling the arcanes you own so that |
| 4460s | is the loop it's I have a whole bunch of |
| 4463s | spare AR canes from the acolytes you |
| 4465s | know like Arcane Deadshot all those |
| 4467s | things I can turn them grind them into |
| 4468s | dust and grab some try my luck at these |
| 4471s | packs uh I saw a question energize is |
| 4473s | there but obviously because of the odds |
| 4475s | because it's a legendary one so there's |
| 4476s | less chance to get that one yeah uh and |
| 4479s | then for example in this update that |
| 4480s | we're releasing the melee arcanes those |
| 4482s | are not going to be in a pack right now |
| 4483s | basically we're going to add those later |
| 4485s | so obviously we don't want to put uh the |
| 4487s | brand new content directly there because |
| 4490s | then you know veterans would get it like |
| 4491s | that and then you don't have any reason |
| 4493s | into play but it can 6 months later or |

| 4500s | of catch up and get those um those |

| 4505s | mentioned there will be grimoire mods |
