Warframe Revised: Railjack Revisited (Part 1): Update 27.4.3 has been sent to Cert! The total download size for this next mainline update is ~ 800 MB, which means that Warframe is still just right under the base memory allowance.

For the Tenno out there who have not equipped their Nintendo Switch with an SD card and have no other games downloaded, this means that having the necessary space on your Nintendo Switch may soon be necessary to accept future updates. For those of you that are curious, there may be remaster opportunities in the future that we may explore to reduce Warframe’s overall size, but it requires some investigating into whether or not that is possible for the next. We will keep you up to date for future updates on what to expect - once it passes Cert we will share the good news and an official launch date. Thanks Tenno!

Just realized I totally forgot to add in the Switch specific notes! Sorry guys!

Nintendo Switch Specific Notes:

  • Fixed certain graphics settings (notably Adaptive Exposure, Glare, Film Grain, and Color Correction) not changing if you reset them to defaults.
  • Fixed UI bug that showed the "Reset Camera" binding indicating that nothing is bound to it when it actually is in game.
  • More fixes towards pink squares appearing in Railjack missions, as reported here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1162947-graphics-assets-and-ui-are-broken-plz-fix/
  • Optimized some temporary memory used on Nintendo Switch.
  • Made a micro-optimization for Switch text rendering (non-flash).
