New Semi-Auto fire mods cannot be equipped on weapons that can switch from Semi to something else (may be intentional).

Some of these limitations are intended

• Tigris is not Semi, it is Duplex
• Khom is not Semi, it is Auto
• Weapons that can change from Semi mode to automatic e.g. Fulmin, Incarnons, would gain massive damage buffs outside the intended scope of the mod

While others are not

• Kitguns that can ONLY fire on Semi should be able to equip the mod, we will try to fix this
