[2023] Unable to use Archwing abilities when using Windows Controller on PC + Nercramech UI limitations.

I would recommend that you reset your controls to default, return to the game menu, and then customize your controller the way that you wish. I bound Activate Selected Power, Move Down / Dodge / Blink and I seem to blink around with Titania normally. 

I realize this isn't the best solution, but give it a shot and let me know if you continue to have issues.
