I've had a look and can confirm you issue.
Until we've fixed this issue, I can offer you a workaround that should work fine:
If you join a Clan that has built a Dry Dock, you should be able to progress the quest in the Dojo. (note: you have to join the Clan, not just get invited to the Dojo)

Ok, even if you don't join a Clan, we found the issue and the fix will ride one of the upcoming Hitfixes.
