[2024] Can't buy kinetic siphon traps

Hello, I am trying to buy some kinetic siphon traps, but the game won't let me buy them for some reason. I've tried to restard the game, change relay, I even tried to emote before trying to buy. Nothing has worked yet, has anyone else encountered this issue?
