[2020] The Static Reactor Prime sigil seems to have come to possess cloth removing properties after the recent patch which works on certain frames and tennogen skins

This is a bug, I can appreciate the 'please keep', but that is not something we feel is appropriate for the way we approach Warframe visuals. Hate saying no, but it has to be said sometimes. This doesn't mean we won't have deeper customization, just means this bug won't stay.
