[2019] DE we spend millions of credits making our railjack, literally no one who's getting these 2,000 credit caches on railjack missions thinks they are a good reward.

They have been hotfixed out as of 12 minutes ago!

Was it a Bonus Reward? www.warframe.com/droptables + Ctrl+F Skirmish, this data is directly from game (no Credits, all Relics in place).

Bonus tables may be suspect - please confirm.

EDIT: Confirmed it's just 'IN ADDITION', so it's not consuming a drop slot from the new Relics in tables found at http://warframe.com/droptables :) So this is just an added slot, but we are fixing this as well.
