[2020] (PS4) Warframe Revised: Update 27.2.2 (+ Hotfixes)

Hotfix #1

Along with the fixes listed below this Hotfix includes behind the scene changes for an upcoming release.

• Fixed “Toggle Interior” and “Randomize All” not functioning correctly or responding at times in the Configure Railjack panel. 
• Fixed losing chat functionality due to a scrollbar bug as reported here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1172777-chat-box-scroll-bar-shifting-to-the-left/

In the Arcane window, the Sort dropdown and Distill are both bound to Triangle.

Only the Distill seems to respond to the button input.
