Hi! Are you able to get to the launcher screen? If so, please tap the top left corner of the screen instead of tapping play. You will get a 'send error logs' prompt -- tap your mail app icon, then send those logs to [email protected] ! please include a short description of your issue so we know it's you.
Also please clarify what iPad Pro you are using and what operating system you are running. Are you on the latest iOS?
