[2023] No lighting after turning on fsr 2.2 upscaling

Unfortunately, as you have guessed, your GPUs are simply too old to offer the hardware support for FSR upscaling.  FSR will only run properly on GPUs that have support for DirectX 11.3 feature set or higher, so that excludes things like the Geforce 700 series which only offer DirectX 11_0 features. In a future update we will revise the Options menu so that it does not offer you the ability to enable FSR unless your hardware actually supports it.
