@thouarteye High DPI mode is another that comes to mind... can be seriously taxing. Straight windowed better?

@thouarteye FYI vsync is limited by monitor refresh so 60 makes absolute sense. Lots of factors - make sure you’re not using weird driver settings, overlays, etc.
