Blurry Textures on Xbox

Hi guys, any Xbox players finding their textures never seem to load? All my characters seem very blurry, the environments look very rough, one npc had a smudge for a face.

Edit: For anyone with this problem and waiting for a patch. A reinstall and leaving the graphics options alone has kept it stable for me now.
