Tried update UE4, reinstall the game, update the graphic card driver. none of them worked.

Can you share your DXDiag file with me so I can take a look?

This sounds like a different issue we saw where players can't write to the AppLocal directory to store their save file. Can you try running the game as admin at least once, then seeing if that helps?
