Your post cited cases of targeted harassment that were left unchecked, that rule has been there since day 1. Nothing has changed there.
I asked you for specifics on which harassment went unnoticed and you informed us you would not be able to provide them. The offer still stands so we can make sure there are no bad apples in the community engaging in harassment.
