I'm not seeing this behavior. What menu are you in that this is happening?

What do you mean? even if you lock game fps in options, menus are unlocked?¿

I guess you can fix that locking fps in your graphic card control panel
Which menu specifically?

For me I've noticed that in dialogues and menus with my character's 3D model shown my video card starts getting really stressed (I immediately hear constant coil whine and the fans start to get really loud). Steam says the FPS stays locked at 60 fps, however it does remind me of times when games have had unlocked frame rates on menus. This does not happen when I'm playing the main game and my character's 3D model is shown, so something strange is going on with the combination of the character model and the menus/dialogue.

These are the times when I notice it:
1) Esc menu
2) Character menu
3) Dialogues with character model shown

I start to hear the coil whine in those three instances when I'm using high to ultra graphics settings. It does not occur on other menus when the character model is not shown.

I'm using a Radeon RX 7900 XT with driver version 24.8.1.

Thank you for the detailed write up, I’ll forward it to the team.
