Can't play Wayfinder, frames constantly drop to 1

I've played WoW, FFXIV, Destiny 2, Darktide, Warframe, numerious games and I don't have this issue.
The moment I load up into Wayfinder, no matter how low my graphics are my experience tanks and the game becomes unplayable once I start trying to attack or use any animations with my character.
