The Russian Federation was barred from the original version of Wayfiner due to account creation requirements and geopolitical sanctions outside the control of the original publisher.

With the release of Echoes, there is no online account requirement and thus Echoes can be sold there.

I'm closing this as conversation is not moving forward in a productive way.
