Ford dealer declined the coverage of my paint damage from a new Mac E

Ford did the same for me. I brought my old Mach E (I’ve upgraded since) because paint was peeling of, you could see it bubbling from underneath. Dealer said “yeah that’s a defect” as did the manager and service department, submitted to ford for warranty and it was denied due to a “foreign agent”…
