Thanks for posting. Your CPU is just above min spec. Have you tried enabling GPU Scheduling Acceleration? You still won't be able to play at max settings due to the CPU, but it could help smooth it out.

I'm on Win 10, and as best I can tell that's a Win 11-only feature, unfortunately.

And just to be clear, I'm playing mostly on mid settings at 1080p/60, with textures, AA, and shadows on high. Nothing on ultra.
