Hi all
As pretty much anyone that spends more than 30 seconds in the sub (or AS Discord) should know steam are being very inconsistent with their refund policy for Wayfinder.
Raising this with steam customer service didn't really go anywhere other than them saying they won't comment on others refunds...
So I started looking for how to lodge a complaint (against the inconsistency). And came across this https://www.valvesoftware.com/en/people
If you scroll down to the customer services there are 3 names you can reach out to. I'd encourage others to do so, as regardless of your stance on the future of the game and refunds I think we can all agree that the response should be consistent for people across the board rather than the roulette wheel of which CSA picks up the ticket.
