1.0 Performance is terrible

Hey guys!

I sadly have to say the Performance didnt got any better for me at least.. I cant even get a stable 80 FPS anywhere in this game. It drops to 1 fps every few minutes in fights and in town to like 20.

Here are my Specs:

WIN 10 64-bit Pro

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.6GHz

RAM: 32 GB

Graphic: Nvidia 3070

Resolution 2560 x 1440

I really hope anyone of you guys can help me fix this.

Note: A friend of mine is running an AMD based system and has nearly fluid 144 fps in every area in the game maybe someone has the same experience with nvidia ?
