Reddit has so many users on some of these huge gaming subs. Why don’t they reach out to a mod on r/games to advertise their 1.0 release?

In Discord the devs have been pretty transparent that their budget went almost entirely to getting 1.0 out the door. They were, unfortunately, downsizing the team as recently as a month or two ago in an effort to get to the finish line.

I really hope it pops off on Steam and PSN for them!

With our limited budget we have Reddit ads running since yesterday that have already been viewed just under a million times.

There's no sign of Wayfinder on my PSN frontpage sadly. It's not even showing on the new release section. I had to actually use the search option to find it.

Seems odd that there's basically no sign of it on release. UK PSN btw.

Because in Sony's eye the game released on 9/9

I hope general media like IGN, Gamespot, etc do a round of reviews... I hope getting review codes out to them has always been part of the plan, and it wasn't going to simply be "upon request". Because I could see them not bother asking. I know it doesn't mean they will take the time to play it, but it would still get some to cover it. Then as it crops up in one place, viewers may request their outlet of choice for their review as well.

Yes, of course all the medium and large outlets all have codes.
